Quality
Beautiful faucet, easy to install, love the touch to start and stop while washing dishes. Not as much water pressure as I'd hope, but maybe that's a good green feature.

Looks Great, But Built to Fail—Avoid This Faucet at All Costs
I rarely leave reviews this harsh, but the Delta Trinsic Touch Kitchen Faucet with Touchless Technology deserves every bit of criticism. This faucet is a textbook example of style over substance. It may look sleek and modern, but the quality, design, and functionality are a complete disaster. I followed the installation instructions exactly—step by step, no shortcuts. Everything seemed fine at first, but within 24 hours of use, the hose that connects to the faucet completely failed. Not a slow leak, not a minor drip—a full-blown rupture that flooded our kitchen. Water everywhere. Cabinets soaked. Flooring damaged. It was a nightmare. For a product at this price point, that kind of failure is unacceptable. The hose material felt flimsy from the start, and clearly wasn’t built to withstand normal water pressure. It’s baffling that a brand like Delta would release something so poorly engineered. The touchless feature is cool in theory, but what good is it if the faucet itself can’t hold up for even a day? Returning it was the only option, and even that felt like a hassle after the mess it caused. I wanted to love this faucet—it looks fantastic and matches our kitchen aesthetic perfectly—but looks don’t mean anything when the functionality is this unreliable. If you’re considering this model, steer clear. There are plenty of other faucets out there that offer durability, performance, and peace of mind. This one is all flash and no backbone. I’ll never buy another Delta faucet again after this experience. Save yourself the headache and go with something built to last.

Love this faucet!
Replace an older kitchen sink faucet with this one. The touchless feature is my favorite because it operates with a pot, dish, elbow, towel or anything that fits over or under the arc of the faucet. Messy hand/fingers never have to touch it.

Just because you *can*....
.... doesn't mean you should. I don't see the value of a touchless faucet. It's cool, but kinda pointless. My wife asked for it after seeing it at a friends house and getting a case of FOMO. The 'gee whiz' appeal (that cost $200) lasted about 24hrs until it sprayed her sleeve when she moved a dish nearby. The touch feature can be useful sometimes - I liked the fact that you can save water when washing / rinsing because it cuts on/of so easily. But ours is undependable. You end up tapping multiple times for it to turn on sometimes and other times it turns on just sensing you by the sink. I have changed the 'mode' to touch only. It works for a day or two and resets back to sensing. I hate the faucet design - sticking out the side and pointing up. I would prefer that it were facing me and that up is tepid, left is hot, right is cold. I bought the black stainless color trying to match appliances. Naturally it doesn't perfectly match the shade since the appliances are a different brand, but it blends alright. The finish is actually pretty premium. After almost a year, no water spots - it wipes clean effortlessly. Installation was good, but not great. The water feed pipes did not have red/blue on the pipe (it is on a rubber insert). Looking at the installed feed hoses, you cannot tell which is hot. On the faucet I bought the plastic feed pipes were very stiff. Documentation suggests you can easily curl them into an 8" circle. That was not true for me. Quality is a strange mix of quality. The battery pack and lead feels really cheap and easy to break. I think mine has a short. It's long enough to allow easy positioning, though. Three good features. First - the hoses had an external blue clip to reduce the chances of unintentional disconnect and undersink spontaneous fountain situation. Second - the battery has long leads so you can mount it where it's more convenient and/or less likely to get wet. I think there's an option to plug in a charger - wish that were a standard USB port (and I wish that ports were covered with rubber flaps.) Third, the faucet neck moves easily between sinks but does not leak. This has held up quite well. After a year, I feel a little grit from deposits but barely worth mentioning. I think that this is a over-priced product. The visible components are superior to standard faucets and it has been reliable - the magnet still grasps tightly. I *hope* that the internal cartridge lasts longer and that the lifetime warranty is honored if necessary. But some component feel cheap and most importantly the inconsistency of experience irritates me daily. We have not had it turn on and run continuously yet, though. This is a mostly functional though inconsistent product which looks premium but is undercut by compromises on some critical components. It is not a clear value for the money.

DOES NOT WORK!
This thing was quite possibly the biggest disappointment of a purchase that I've made in my entire life. It worked for about a week, after paying a few hundred dollars to have it installed by a professional plumber, then it kept turning on randomly. I'd be cooking at the stove and hear water running. I'd wake up in the middle of the night to water running. It became more frequent over a short time. I changed the batteries and that didn't help. I turned off the touchless feature and turned down the touch sensitivity and that didn't help. I ended up having to turn it off and on manually just to use it for a few months. Then suddenly it started turning OFF randomly WHILE I was using it. I couldn't wash a pot without the fricking thing turning off every 5 -10 seconds. The only way to get it to turn back on was to tap the handle; the touch feature ceased to work on any other part of the faucet. I finally gave in and called a plumber. $150 later, I thought it was fixed... for two days. The same behavior surfaced again and I was at my wits' end. I called an electrician and he rewired the entire faucet for me for $250 more. That worked for about a week, then it was back to square one and I was in on this faucet now for well over $1400. I waved the white flag on my sanity and trashed the entire thing; I replaced it with a different brand that is manual and works as intended. SO MUCH MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN! Save yourself the pain and headache. Don't let your lazy (efficient) side get fooled by the cool marketing like I did. This is complete garbage.

Not reliable
I am very disappointed in this faucet. I've had it for one month and twice already it has stopped working. The touchless feature is very unreliable. I would like to return it, but bought it on Amazon, and am having a hard time finding the seller.

I've used the faucet for just over 5 months now and I'm pretty disappointed given the price. It's been finicky from the start. The no-touch feature doesn't reliably work - sometime it's under sensitive (doesn't sense at all) and sometimes overly sensitive (turns off before you want it to). It may be designed for short people because it seems to work best if you keep your hands low (fully below counter top) - however, I'm tall, so when I do this, I have to lean down and then I think it senses my head and turns off lol! Yes, I keep the sensor area clear and clean as well as the base (must more frequent wipedowns than my old fashioned faucet). Yes, I've thoroughly read the instructions (so many times I've memorized them). Yes, I've adjusted for the granite counter and stainless steel sink. Yes, I've tried resetting (have to do this weekly just to get it to turn on without turning off 5 seconds later - very frustrating when filling a sink or washing your hands). I feel like I'm using a fast food restaurant bathroom faucet! I tried to return it exactly 32 days after purchase but missed the return window. Should have bought it locally or at a big box with better return policy.
