The CHOOSEU Dog Ramp for Pools is a sturdy, adjustable ramp made from reinforced plastic with non-slip steps, designed to fit pools between 33" and 63" in height. It doubles as a versatile ramp for cars, beds, and sofas by removing the legs. Lightweight and easy to assemble without tools, it supports dogs up to 50 pounds directly, with counterweight options for larger dogs. While innovative and convenient, some users report durability concerns with screws and counterweight attachments.

Initially, I had high hopes for this product, but unfortunately, it fell short in several key areas. The screws began rusting within a day of use, which was disappointing and concerning for the longevity of the ladder. Additionally, the rubber covers on the support legs did not stay in place, leaving sharp edges exposed that could potentially damage my pool liner. To mitigate this, I had to remove the feet and improvise with tennis balls to protect my pool. The instructions advised using sandbags as counterweights to stabilize the ladder, especially for larger dogs weighing 100 pounds. However, the attachment points for these weights were not durable enough, as they broke off when I attempted to secure the weights. This design flaw made it difficult to use the ladder effectively. Overall, while the initial quality and design seemed promising, the issues I encountered suggest it may not hold up well over time, potentially not lasting through a single season. Considering the investment required, I WOULD RECOMMEND EXPLORING ALTERNATIVE OPTIONS.

There are no instructions. Or course it's plastic which is OK but seeing it in person there's no way it should cost near $200. Ladders from Lowe's are much better for about $80 though not built for dogs. Honestly, I'd look for something else

Ok so I like that itâs plastic so it doesnât need to blow up or pop making it likely longer lasting. However. The little rubber things for the feet go over metal that is cut like sharp teeth and I put it in the pool and one fell off. HELLO itâs going to cut my liner! Not sure if I can find a solution. Because I certainly canât have that cutting into my pool liner. Any suggestions???

First photo shows that EVERYTIME you take the ramp out of the pool the rubber foot cover comes off pronged foot. If the rubber comes off in the pool it is going to damage the bottom of my pool. Terrible design. Piss poor construction! Other picture shows RUST, RUST AND RUST on the screws for pool equipment!!! I have to change those out and modify the feet before it goes back in my pool ... or just throw it away. Unfortunately, this company already got my money so at least THEY ARE HAPPY. But us: Not happy at all.
