I looked for a few days online and decided on this one. I was shocked when I received this. It’s very big, durable and well made. It’s held up through many storms. I have it sitting on a chair next to my garden and throughout the day bees, butterflies and ladybugs gather on it. Then they fly off to pollinate my veggies flowers!!!!!! Review: The bees are busy!! - I bought this to replace a much smaller mason bee tube holder. The size is triple what is being replaced. Unlike the other reviewers, the hotel arrived undamaged. The tubes are varied in diameter and packed tightly. I had to hang it in a different location from my old one. I did orient it in the same general direction - openings facing east. It hangs on a deck support and receives morning sun on the face and afternoon sun on its back. Even before I had time to hang it I put it on a table overnight outside - there were 2 bees checking it out. I have had it hanging for a week now. Multiple tubes and about a third of the holes in the wood blocks are plugged. The bees are active all day zipping in and out of the tubes deciding which ones are “perfect”. I love the design, style, quality of construction and so do the bees. I did not give 5 stars because the tubes are glued in so will be difficult to replace if needed. I am hoping Time and weather will loosen the glues hold. I would recommend this product. The bees do use it and quite quickly at that.

Worth the money!
Liked everything about this product: very good quality, look and purpose. Hung it up as directed and although I have not actually seen bees, I did note indicators of use. **waterproofed all parts except the front to hopefully deter warping and to prolong durability

A great product to help our bees!
This was my first year trying this & I had several holes filled already! I did notice an increase in carpenter bees around my flowers & I couldn't be happier! Love this product! So easy to exchange the tubes as well!

Bee House
This was a gift and just opened yesterday. The top wood on the right side was cracked. It appears something fell on the box and cracked the wood. I am going to try and glue it with wood glue. Hope it works.

Looks great & bees love it!
It looks great and the bees started using it with in a few days. I used adhesive caulking to attach it to a wood post. Bees seem very happy :)

I love this
The holes are filling up, but still have a minor problem with carpenter bees, who prefer the house boards to drill holes in, most filled in and painted now, they drill the stained and varnished 2X6 holding up the porch. Something is moving in, but not the red wasps with eight nests in rafters between the rotten facing I'm trying to replace, one in the plastic bucket upside down. This is in an open covered fort high up, ten feet from one facing i'm trying to replace, and I check it daily and find new covers for the holes every day, no clue what kind of bee, possibly miner. It will have to move, i gave the fort to mom for a deer stand when she finds a way to move it.

Sloppy construction
The bee house arrived with an 8” crack running the length of the roof. Some of the tubes were loose. The wood had a burnt appearance in places. Very poorly constructed.
