works perfectly at the maximum rated speed, on CAT6 cables, please be aware it lacks sufficient power to drive CAT8 cables

Just works, plug and play
In a Dell XPS Laptop this was straight plug and play. Achieved a full 2.5 transfer rate through a 2.5g rated switch. All in all no hassle and just works.

Expensive but very compatible for Dell equipment
Bought for an uncooperative Dell laptop. All other adapters failed as Dell seemingly only supported their own equipment. This said, it is plug and play out of the packet. I did update my Thunderbolt drivers running windows 11 prior to connecting which may have helped but anythingโfar easternโ chipset has never worked on the USB C port. The only downside would be the expensive price as this is twice the price of the cheaper alternatives but for me this worked great.

Resolves Cloud recovery issues.
Dell OS Recovery works with 5680 and 5690 Precision laptops and this network adapter. Tried for days to get Dell cloud recovery to work over wireless and usb thumb drives - failed over 10 attempts. With this network dongle worked on the first try for both laptops. Saved the day. Thanks!
