Great product dreadful delivery service
The product was completely as expected and well packaged well done jockey Sadly the delivery service was very poor they did not deliver to the correct address only by good luck did a neighbour realise the parcel had been left at their property in error and bring it to me

Incorrectly labeled therefore not fit for purpose!
Unsettling to find a human hair in the crotch of the first pair I took out. My assumption was that someone else had tried on this pair of pants. I tried the return option only to find this item is "ineligible for return" which leaves me puzzled as to why there was a human hair present especially in the crotch area. However I decided to try them on, over the pants I was wearing to avoid contamination, and they were very, very small despite being 2XL. I compared them to my normal XL pants and was shocked to see the difference in size. The photograph shows the black 2XL Jockey pants overlaid on my TU XL pants. Two other photos show their respective labels. Obviously Jockey need to improve their quality control to avoid problems like this and I sincerely hope that this was a one off incident and not the normal standard I would expect from Jockey. Amazon are the heroes. After diving through the FAQs found a chat line where, after a brief description of the problem, offered me a full refund without the need to return the product. I'll now drop these very small pants off at my local charity shop.

Jockey is a great brand with quality products
I've been wearing Jockey for many years - surprisingly it isn't more available in the UK. My other half has now been converted and really finds the clothing comfortable and quality :)

Great price, super fast delivery
Great price, super fast delivery. Great product, fit and wash great. 5 stars all round. Review edited Dec 15. Holes appeared at the back of one pair of the trunks just below the waist band. This is after about only six washes as the trunks were not worn in the summer. Most disappointing, as at over £8 a pair they are not exactly cheap.
