Buy this product, you won’t be sorry!
This half step is perfect for my needs. I have two of them, I’m 77 and have some issues with steps due to back problems. It really works well and is very sturdy. and easy to store if needed. I personally keep mine out. It has a high weight capacity over 400#s, I believe.

Great step up. Sturdy. Non slip.
This is a great low step. I am short and use it to get in and out of bed. Great size. Very sturdy. Non-slip. I have a mobility impairment, so the safety of this is essential to me. I recommend it highly. The only thing I would ask the manufacturer to change is that the edges of the sides of the opening are very sharp. This does not affect use of the step, only an alert to users that if you link your foot into the opening to shift it without socks on, it’s going to hurt. It’s possible to move it painlessly by foot from either end, but the ease of doing so from the front by sticking your toes in the opening is so appealing. Best not to. Otherwise, 10 out of 5 stars for this step!

Buyer beware of product, but excellent customer service!!
Update: Seller contacted me about the 1 start review asking how they can make things better for me. They offered me a replacement stating that they stand by their product, but I told them that I didn't trust their product any longer due to safety reasons, and requested my money back if they truly wanted to make things right. They authorized a refund for the full purchase price! Excellent customer service! *** Both steps cracked in the middle at just a little over 3 months. The person that was using them weighs 250lbs. Not durable or safe. Don't waste your money.

Perfect
Well worth the buy. I needed something to go under my microwave to lift it up a bit as it sat to low on my counter and this step stool worked perfectly for me.
