Spotty at best

I purchase this cable to use with the Kefeya S3 extender. I don't know if the cable or the driver that is the culprit, but the screen would work only randomly. Sometimes it would work for an hour. Other times, it wouldn't last more than a few minutes or so. I eventually bought the Startech USB-A to HDMI which has worked flawlessy with the Kefeya S3.

Perfect for video over USB

I purchased two monitors for my older laptop and it only has one HDMI port. This device allows me to use the built-in display as well as both monitors for a triple display setup. The required driver is available for installation directly from the cable's storage. My two concerns are 1) storage on a USB cable is a security concern and 2) there's no option to acquire the driver elsewhere, so updates are not feasible.
