I bought them on a recommendation but I didn't need them as much as I thought. I think I used them twice.

As a breastfeeding mum, I was struggling with sore, cracked nipples, and nothing was really helping — until I tried these. I wear them between nursing sessions and have noticed significantly less pain, faster healing, and no need for ointments or creams. I was honestly hesitant to try these at first, especially with how expensive some of the other brands are — but these ended up being a complete game changer for me.
