Doesnโt let water through!! But very durable!
This is definitely the best of the best hands down weed barrier I have ever seen. If youโre looking for a great product by this product you will not be disappointed very heavy duty and I feel confident that it will not let the water through the top and will help control my extreme weed problem. It does not let water through the material even though you canโt see through it a little bit but I think that will help control my weed problem in my front yard. So far itโs working really well Iโve only seen clumps of grass growing where dirt may be settled underneath my rocks that I placed when I washed them off and thereโs been only maybe one or two weeds in the middle of my walkway where I placed this product! Works way better than a store bought weed barrier!

Great stuff
This stuff is great - heavy duty. I'm using it under 3" geocells filled with gravel to eliminate mud in my horse paddocks. Some that was installed a year ago is performing perfectly, so I purchsed more to extend the mud-free area. As an FYI - I ordered 2 that were shipped in one large box via USPS and the local post office would not deliver it to my house. The deemed it "oversize" and I had to go pick it up. I'm not sure why they'd accept a box that's apparently too big for them to deliver, but it did add several days to "delivery" time until I could get time off work to go get it.

great product
I had never used driveway cloth before and I really like this brand. Very durable and works well on my driveway of stone and millings. Keeps everything from being pushed down into the sandier soil I have.

Good stuff.
Had put this under my decks for a weed barrier. Bought a much larger size as to be able to double it over for maximum protection. Have had a weeds come through even after 5 years.

Just What I Was Looking For
I bought this for underlay where I put down 5 yd of #3 river rock. The measurement are dead on, material is heavy enough to be confident that it will do the job, but light enough to work with. 4 stars because although it wasn't an issue on my job, I can see the fraying on the cut lines possibly creating problems for an installer. My experience would lead me to reorder when doing a similar job.

Holds Up To 160lb Great Dane Running On It
UPDATE: It has been over a year since we placed this down. Due to COVID we never got around to putting mulch down yet. THIS STUFF IS AMAZING! Our swingset actually got blown apart in a recent windstorm but this still looks like the day we got it. We've even had to lift it to get to some leaking irrigation pipes and we just layed it back down with new landscaping nails with no rips/problems. We recently leveled out a patch of our yard for a swingset we were putting up for our kids. Being that it was the middle of December, we needed something that was easy to put down and that would hold up to our Great Dane's claws when he gets running full speed until the springtime when we can get some mulch or other substrate to pour over it. I'm happy to say that it was a breeze to lay out (much easier than laying strips of regular landscaping fabric), and a month later it's hanging in strong, even with kids and dogs running all over it, and my Dane's claws are HUGE. We're talking inch long thick talons. He's torn other tarps to shreds in a day from running over top of them. Another thing I can comment on is that they are very porous, it's rained several times here in the past few weeks and there is never standing water. Will 100% recommend to anyone wanting to lay an absurd amount of landscaping fabric. The ONLY downfall is that it shreds pretty easily along the edge if you cut it. Not a huge deal as we folded most of ours under.

GREAT FOR INTENDED PURPOSE
Purchased this about a year ago so I'm late writing a review but wanted to see how it held up before I recommended it for anyone else and I'm extremely happy to say that it worked like a dream. We live in the country and have a creek in the middle of our property and our pond is attached to the creek but needed a road between the front part of the property and the back. We had a lot of problems with the road washing out because it is just a gravel road. We used the ArmorLay and put the gravel on top and it worked out great. We still have to provide a lot of maintenance on the road but not the area that the product is actually on.

Heavy duty landscape fabric
I bought this for a project to put gravel under my deck, between my house and a sidewalk, and a couple other areas that I didn't want to bother with mowing anymore. Being 12.5' by 60', it took a little work to unfold it and manage it over a couple windy days but I got it done. It probably would have been easier to manage a less wide fabric but the size of this one enabled me to cut larger pieces requiring less overlap and fewer staples. I was impressed with the durability of the fabric. I had a few moments where it could have been damaged but it withstood the abuse. I have more projects planned for the near future and will likely select this fabric again. Good stuff!
