It even comes with a bookmark that attaches to the binder rings. So far, I’ve not gotten farther than the warmup exercises before I get tired, but I’m old and patient, and will get there eventually. My biggest problem so far has been finding somewhere that’s big enough to accommodate my outstretched arms. The exercise instructions are clear and easy to use, with pictures of the exercises being performed. It’s a good book to have if you want to learn to do this easily.

The book is easy to read and handle. It lies flat due to its having binder rings, which makes it handy to read while you’re learning the exercises.
