Great Product & Great Customer Service
Great training aid and amazing customer service make this a win/win. I bought the Watson golf hanger last spring and used it periodically throughout the summer while at the range and did notice better contact and straighter shots. Once summer was over I put my clubs away but the Watson hanger stayed in the car and at some point, probably because of the cold it broke. Last week I went to use it to get my swing ready for summer and that’s when I noticed it broke. I reached out to the company to see if I could purchase a replacement part and Lo and behold I am getting a whole new Watson hanger! They reached out to see how it broke wanted to make sure it wasn’t from use and informed me they come with a lifetime warranty so I can’t ask for more from a product. I’m excited to get my Watson hanger to start dialling in my swing for the season. Great product that helps improve your swing and great customer service. Can’t beat that combo.

Works great but not on large grips.
First the negative. The clamping system assumes you have stock grips. The manufacturer did not do a good job with varying grip sizes. I have CP Pro 2 Jumbo and it appears anything larger than a midsized grip won't fit. Put this on my wife's 8 iron and could tell in 5m that this was an amazing feedback tool and already was seeing lower ball flight at impact (which was why I bought this.) Also this is way over priced. Built like a toy from a cereal box or fast food toy. For $70 I'd expect a metal hinge, metal screw in clamps etc. @Manufacturer please make a version 2.0.

Legit progress made on fixing my plane, drawback, and wrist position issues
I've tried (and returned - thanks Amazon!) many training aids. This one is the best I've bought. I went from erratic practice sessions where I'd start off keeping my shots straight-ish to wicked fade-to-slice shots as my sessions progressed. I got this device, slapped it on to my 7-iron, went out in the yard to try it out and several days later - I have yet to hit a single fade or slice while using it. It's also helping with muscle memory, as I've been able to pop it off my club and keep hitting healthy shots. It literally has helped me make significant progress sorting out my plane/wrist position/drawback issues. Will it help you the same way? It depends. Are you at least a somewhat experienced golfer who's got the basics down? Are you pulling your club back off-plane? Are you shifting or rotating your wrist out of position on your drawback? If so - I would guess it definitely will help you at least enough to justify the cost. My only concern on this is device is that it's plastic; however, if it were any other type of material (e.g. aluminum, steel, etc.), it would likely weight down the club in a negative way. So - lighter, stiff material is a good design decision. Also - it's very easy to attach to your club. We're talking 5 seconds, tops, to attach it once you have your grip size dialed in on the device clamps. My routine before playing a round now will be use this for a dozen balls on the range then pop it off and keep my swing going the same way. *Thumbs up on this one*

Decent. Overhyped on Social Media
It's a solid training aid, but if you tend to grib the club near the top of the butt, meaning you don't choke up, then you may find this awkward. If you don't choke up a half inch or so, then the plastic piece that attaches to the top of the club will rub your hand through impact, or you may even find your hand touching the plastic prior to hitting. It's super awkward, but it does help you get the feeling of a neutral wrist angle and help cup your wrist less.

When it improves your game, it’s worth every penny. Best golf aid
Impressive how much this helped my game. I am a beginner golfer but an athlete. My balls would turn to the right. After using this device my balls are going straight. You align it with the club face and then at impact you want the swing aid to be touching your lead arm. Once I learned this when I hit the ball I remember the position that my lead arm needs to be in order to hit the ball straight. Totally changed my ball flight. I recently just played a friend who has been playing for years and beat her. Sure this is made of plastic but it’s the technology to get your game good and that’s exactly what it’s done. I did contact the company for another bolt as I lost mine and they had incredible customer service and replaced it within 2 days. Highly recommend this product to anyone.

Promotes shanks and pulls.
This device is not the swing aid to teach compression or proper face angle. It promotes a sharp closing and delofting of your club face so you'll end up pulling the ball hard left. Better compression aids are available.

theHANGER will make you a better golfer, period.
As a PGA of America member, I’ve tried just about every training aid available—both for my students and for my own game. theHANGER is by far the best training aid I’ve ever used. It’s the only aid I keep in my bag, and I use it every time I practice—whether I’m warming up, hitting balls, or working on my short game. (It will instantly improve your chipping.) I always teach that “clubface is king,” and theHANGER gives golfers the ability to feel where the clubface is—and where it should be—throughout the swing. It helps players experience: (1) How the clubface squares to the ball. (2) What a proper takeaway feels like. (3) How the body should work in the downswing. Simply put, this training aid will make you a better golfer. And as a bonus, their customer support is top-notch—just give them a call and see for yourself.

Spendy for limited utility
Returned theHanger after a few uses. I found it to be more distracting than helpful. I didn't have trouble keeping the device pressed against my forearm during the swing, but it didn't lead to better contact. It was pretty easy to attach to the club but I always spent more time fiddling with getting it set to the right angle, so it wasn't quite the easy snap-on-and-off process I expected. theHanger's design forced me to choke down on the club more than I usually would, which I didn't like. The quality of materials was fine. I probably would've kept it if it was half the price. I was afraid it would eventually end up sitting in my closet unused like some other training aids I've bought in the past, so I returned it to get the $70 back.

It's a helpful golf aid - yet uncomfortable on your top hand
Works well at proper wrist position on back swing and follow through. The device does interfere with your top hand where it attaches to the club - it's good for irons yet getting it set up for the proper position on the driver is less than ideal I also purchased a wrist sleeve that has a metal bar in it to physically stop cupping your lead wrist and it works much better than the hanger. Id purchase a wrist sleeve before the hanger as it's much more comfortable and super easy to use. In fact I'm going to use it when golfing. As I found that my old habits of cupping your lead wrist will come back after several shots, even with lots of practice with the hanger.

The training aid attachment is loose. Not sure how to contact the team involved. We just got the aid today so it is not due to wear and tear.
