Product is good and well packed and received. The quality is good too. However I feel more quantity of oil is needed for pulling. With this quantity the bottle will finish soon. I switched to bottle pack to reduce plastic waste as in individual packs. In all, need to purchase slight big size as I have been recommended to do pulling for 6 months daily for dental issue.

This oil is so pure and has rich aroma. I am able to do oil pulling with it seamlessly. This oil helps in removing bad breath and has stopped my bleeding gums

Try the other variant
This is good but leaves a stingy taste of tea tree oil, i have a habit of using only coconut oil for oil pulling and this brand has one with pure coconut oil, I recommend that one if you need this for oil pulling!

Quantity is less.. but the product is just refreshing.. it makes me feel refreshed after brushing and no bad odour from mouth. It keeps mouth fresh.
