sound is crystal clear and best, bass is also good and best, i need to set eq seetings for better loud output, i set two eq settings, persona mode is great and i didn't like spatial audio in every earbuds beacuse its surrounded sound quality too much and call quality is superb cuts 70 percent background noise while calling, and microphone voice quality is crystal clear, need to update to clear more background voice and wind in calls i use this for indoor calling, if you want to use it for ourdoot calling than sony wf 1000xm earbuds, samsung buds 3 pro, huwaei freebuds 3 is best for calling, freebuds 3 completely cuts any wind noise in calls, if u use apple phone than airpods pro 2nd gen is also good for you in calls and listening best sound, airpode pro 2nd gen in not good when connected to android phones, jbl case display feature is very useful, we can control everything from case.

Review after 2 days of use If you are amazed by the features, yes it's notch above any other competitors especially the ambient aware function. But seriously guys, when it comes to the audio quality (not calls-I am talking about music) it's pathetic for a brand like JBL. Seriously missing the JBL sound signature on this device. 10 mm drivers struggling to reproduce the low end frequencies and the distortion is well heard. Top end doesn't give the JBL legacy crispness we heard on other JBL units. Switching to high quality audio doesn't give any significant change. If you are looking for an ear bud just for call purpose, there are better options available in the market even from JBL. This is not value for money. After 3 Months It started giving connectivity issues. Doesn't get connected on requirement and you need to keep trying. Some times it continue connected even after buds in case and case closed. I'm taking back one of the stars I given initially. Infact it doesn't deserve any star at all. To the point- noise cancellation in music mode takes away lot of your frequncies if u are in a noisy environment. I was on a bus and had some low frequency rumbling in the cabin due to engine. Noise cancellation has intelligently taken out those frequency without leaving any low frequency / low notes in the music. Noise cancellation is also not linear, you could hear noise in one ear. Doesn't fit properly in ears. Poor ergonomic design. Think thrice before buying this. If music is your priority never never think about this one. One plus nord buds would be good pick for music at 20 % of the price of this one. Truly missing jbl sound signature in this device.

Great product from JBL as always. The sound quality, the ANC etc. The only issue I have faced is that only when you are in a certain position the ANC is on, and in any other way you sit or stand the ANC gets turned off. So, when I’m lying down it rarely is on ANC. For some reason I can’t always be on ANC. Other than that, awesome earbuds.

Got that delivered on 31 March 🤩, I was coming or switch from "tune beam 1" to "Tanzu wan'er X Headphone zone"(because I lost one side of earbuds 😅) to "Live beam 3" I became fan of yours by tune beam because tonality of those 6mm drivers were unexpected 😮, but when I switched to these these so much dark sounding, bass heavy and vocals are recessed kind of tws 😅 which is not my taste ! 😅, I am thankful to that option for tuning where tuned it according to my preferences, now they are great sounding 👍😍& great for convenience, but it doesn't sound as good as those 2000rs iem with 2000rs dac/amp 😅, there is a little bit difference which can be adjusted by feature and convenience and also battery backup 😜😆, liked that product 👍❤️, I hope it will last atleast 2 years 😅

As such the product is very good. No complaints so far.. All the functions are working with text book precision. The only point is "it's too expensive"

This is one of the WORST premium earbuds I have ever bought. The right earbud failed within weeks. JBL replaced the unit, but the SAME issue came back again. This clearly indicates a serious manufacturing or batch-level defect. Worse, the earbuds produce sudden popping sounds during normal calls, which caused actual ear pain. This is not just a quality issue – it is a SAFETY issue. JBL support refuses refund and forces customers into endless service center visits or 20–25 day pickup cycles every time. Amazon also refused to help despite repeated failures and replacement proof. As a customer, I am stuck with a defective product and wasted time. For a global brand charging a premium price, this level of quality and after-sales support is unacceptable. DO NOT BUY this product. Save your money and choose Sony, Sennheiser, or Bose instead.

I’m surprised these haven’t gotten more attention given their price and premium features. If you’re looking for earbuds that blend cutting-edge tech with amazing sound and design, you won’t regret picking these up. Highly recommend! ONE YEAR EDIT : the display is no longer working, the case doesn't charge my buds. Buds are constantly draining even inside the case. It stays connected to the phone. Thr display is now completely unusable and a glitchy mess. It did not stand the test of time at all. 15k for a pair of earbuds just for it to last 1< year? Really having to reconsider my decisions.
