This works as designed. I saw Sean Foley using this on a training video and thought I'd try it. It really does help me keep my arms together. I'd recommend it.

Great training aid ball for training. Size is hust right for my daughter. easy to use as well.

Strap is too big for women. There should be two sizes :( My wrist measures 5.75 inches making the velcro strap more than twice as long so it is always sliding off and out of position. I even tried to place it higher on my arm but it slides off there too.

Fixed my chicken wing after one use. Just know it will help your rotation problems, but also affect the timing of your club face. I was using too much body rotation to square the face and that has been corrected, but now my club face is open and I’m getting too much fade. Great product, does the job as long as you stick with it. A hint for those who are struggling to use it, move the club head in a straight line back from the ball and keep the club centered between your shoulders. Everything should feel more connected as one unit, then drop the club parallel to your feet on the downswing.

The ball is too big for women to use. No matter where I placed it on my arm, I could not grip my club properly. I like the concept but it’s just too big. Note: the seller contacted me offering a full refund after reading my review. I must say that’s quality service and a seller that cares about their product and customer service. I will continue to shop with them.

It works right out of the box but doesn't stand a chance to summer heat. My first one got deformed after sitting in my car so I returned it and made sure to keep up with the replacement. It got deformed after one range session in the heat and is no longer round. Sure I could still use it deformed but that shouldn't be the case.

Size: Nice sized training aid that fits nicely and bag. Design: Study design and comfortable fit. Comfort: Very comfortable product that. Functionality: Does exactly as it says it does. Helps to keep you connected in your golf swing. Value for money: Best option out there for the cost!
