It is a good size, easy to understand and shipped in a cylinder, and in a triangle cylinder box. It is not too huge, but a good size. I got this for my mother for her to work on the daily stretch routine. It is clear instructions, and laminated. I am happy with the purchase.

very nice chart. easy to read and interpret. covers all common areas that most often need to be stretched. also is good stock backing. would order again.
