I’ve been using this ultrasonic retainer cleaner for about a week, and I’m honestly impressed. I use a night guard every day, and brushing it alone never really got rid of that cloudy look or the weird smell. After the first cycle in this cleaner, it looked noticeably clearer and felt fresher. The tank is just the right size, and the four cleaning modes make it pretty simple — I usually just hit the standard cycle and walk away. It’s quiet enough to run in the bathroom without being annoying, and the digital timer is a nice touch. I’ve also tried it on my toothbrush heads and my daughter’s aligner trays, and it cleaned those just as well. For the price, it’s a great upgrade from doing everything by hand. If you use retainers or night guards daily, this thing makes cleaning them so much easier and way more effective.

I've been using this for 18 months and it's still working great with daily use. I bought it to use with Invisalign aligners and now I'm using it with my retainer. I use a cleaning tablet along with this machine and it works well to clean off residue. Sometimes if residue is heavy I have to use 2 cycles but that is no problem.

If you have an Invisalign or a retainer, this is the best thing to help it stay clean!

Stopped working for me at 16 months. Not horrible considering the price point, but also, like, why? It's never been dropped, it's been kept clean and dry, etc.

It is fabulous—much more than I expected. It keeps my things absolutely pristine; it is incredible and of truly excellent quality. It is very easy to use. I loved it, and I still love it—it is beautiful.

Because of its low price, I didn’t expect much from this ultrasonic cleaner, but I was pleasantly surprised! I recently completed braces and now use Essix (clear) retainers. My orthodontist advised me to clean my retainers with soap and water or an old toothbrush, but I wasn’t satisfied with those methods. Knowing that ultrasonic cleaning would do a better job than I could, I looked for an affordable ultrasonic machine that wouldn’t take up too much space in my bathroom. When my purchase arrived, I immediately tested its effectiveness with a foil test—and it passed! ( Fill the machine with water, insert a piece of foil about the same size as the bottom of the tank, and run a cycle. The foil should be uniformly pebbled when the cycle is finished with small holes and dents. This means that the ultrasonic is working correctly.) The machine is very compact and checked all the boxes I hoped for. One evening, after applying fluoride varnish to my teeth, I put my retainers in and wnt to sleep. Anyone who has ever brushed fluoride varnish off their teeth knows it’s far more stubborn than what a quick two-minute brushing can handle. I tried to brush away the residue and it would not budge, it was literally like super glue. I doubted the ultrasonic cleaner would be able to remove the residue, but I gave it a shot. I added warm water and a couple of pumps of soap to the tank and set the timer for a six-minute cycle. It took three cycles, but the cleaner removed all the varnish residue! For regular nightly plaque buildup, one six-minute cycle has been sufficient. This machine could also be used for dentures, especially with an Efferdent tablet, but I’ve been happy using just a tiny amount of soap. This will do a far better job than overnight soaking or brushing with a tooth or denture brush. I’m thrilled with this purchase and have been recommending it to all my patients with retainers. As a dental hygienist with almost 20 years of experience, I can confidently say this product is an A++!

This is a great cleaner for my mouth guard. I wish the time “on” was longer , I usually run it through a few times.

I am very pleased with this product. It works perfectly. I especially love that it has 2 slots in the lid for toothbrushes, so they can be cleaned at the same time as the mouthguard. I highly recommend it!

Seems to work pretty well.

It worked once only. After that, it became a very expensive cup for soaking my night guard.

This worked well for 3 months then died, wouldn't recommend.
