Expensive but worth it!
Several years ago I bought similar edging - but in plastic. They quickly faded in the sun and became quite brittle and easily broken. I’ve used rubber edging before and it lasts for years but the style was pretty blah. However, when I saw these I knew they were what I wanted. I wasn’t disappointed - they were very easy to install and they look great! Definitely pricey but I know they will last!

Good
These look great installed. It was a little more difficult to install them than it appears but mostly they were too expensive.

Easy to setup and still looks really good.
I put these in about 9 months ago and they still look good and are holding up to the weed eater very nicely.

Stakes shatter upon impact.
Every other stake breaks when I try to hammer them in with a mallet. After the 4th stake breaking off and hitting me in the eye--I gave up. Now I've got to return this big heavy box. I am not a happy man.

Worth the cost
I have a tree on my front lawn that I had used the cement scallop rings (4) to circle the tree. After time the cement rings moved apart leaving gaps, and the mulch would fall down into my lawn. After reading every review I could find, I bought these to make a complete ring around the tree. I used 10 of the 20 pieces. I drilled out the holes where you run the plastic spikes thru to "clean" them out to make it easier to stake them. I then placed the pieces first and "tacked" them in place by using plant stakes. Using the stakes allowed me to make sure I was not pounding plastic spikes into rocks. I did not break any of my stakes. The new ring looks much cleaner. I'm trying to figure out where to use the remaining 10 pieces. They are expensive, but I think it was worth the cost.

Returned these after laying 6'
You can't do right angles, the stake heads are larger than the countersinks so they stick up, the rubber flexes when you hit the stakes in, pulling the stakes out of the other end, and the overall look is pretty shoddy. I recommend looking elsewhere.

Only one problem
Really be careful and gentle hammering in the "nail" supports. Broke the plastic head off several of them. They DO hold up well to my weed whacker.

Flexible and sturdy
These worked great. Needed to hold mulch in a large area around a tree. I wanted something study and flexible. These fit the bill. A bit pricey so had go with other options for other areas.
