Had this thing for a long time and is still going strong! Works for pain. Warmth feels good, it pre-programmed 20 min intervals which is great for watching TV and not needing to monitor. Go less if sensitive skin, id say 5-10 depending. My whole family uses. My LO is sensitive so she goes about 7 min and no problems. Over all...feels amazing, helps with pain, and very versatile. Thank you! (IF you get a lemon, return it, don't gripe on here, that's why we have Amazon friends!!!) Besides, those stars really help the seller! I always encourage everyone to try to leave a 5 star regardless, then add complaints to message! Ppl still get to read them, and who knows...the seller could reach out personally to make it right! Grattitude goes a long way. Ok, Rant over. But, this is a good one!

I bought this for skin tightening and it works! I really wanted to buy the red light mat so I could treat larger areas at a time but it’s a hundred bucks and I wanted to see if red light could actually work for my body. It does! I use this probably five days a week and my tummy and butt are definitely firmer. I lay in bed to use it because it’s built for your back, so in order for me to treat my belly and bottom, it’s easier to lay down. I slide it under my butt and let it do its thing for twenty minutes then lay it across my belly for another twenty. I’m glad I started with this because it was a very low risk investment and now I feel comfortable ordering the mat. Quick note! I had some trouble figuring out how to access the different modes and the instructions weren’t very clear. So here’s how you do it if you want the highest setting: hit the power button 3x then hit the mode button 3x also. HAS TO BE PLUGGED IN, NOT RECHARGEABLE

So, I go into everything a major pessimist, having had poor results from so-called “life changing” products. After using this for a couple weeks, I’m finally ready to say this thing is pretty fantastic. I have upper & middle back pain almost constantly. While this belt doesn’t miraculously allow me to lift heavy objects with no back pain (duh), it does drastically cut down the severity of the pain felt and what I’ve noticed the most is the impact on recovery time. Before, if I did something that exacerbated my back pain in the morning, it would stay with me all day and night. Since using this belt, if that happens in the morning, within approximately 2 hours, the pain is gone. I am not blowing steam, guys! I hardly ever leave reviews but I had to do one for this. This red light stuff is legit! Just do your research. Using red 600-700nm and infrared 800-1000nm is what is needed to effectively penetrate to muscles & joints. This belt has both when adjusting the power level to red and the mode to red. The first couple times I used it, I wanted to be sure my skin didn’t have any bad reactions so I only used it for the 20 minutes it stays on (it has auto shut off). Once I was certain I’d have no reactions, I started doubling that. I’d turn it right back on once it shut off (for a total time of 40 minutes). I use it once every other day for 40 minutes and that’s been the sweet spot for me. I’m honestly so surprised at how well this works. If you’re on the fence, just buy it already!!!

I chose this red light therapy belt after buying two red-light knee wraps that helped so much but the first one had most of the lights stop working in 3 months of everyday use. The second one had ALL the lights stop working as well as heat and vibration in 2 months. I hoped for better with this - my third one- with a power cord - not a rechargeable battery and more lights- no vibration. The size is great - I can use it on my whole leg or back and it is helping pain - but be aware that it is lined with clear vinyl instead of a mesh fabric like the others. Putting vinyl - whether cold before use or after when your back is hot is not very comfortable. BUT Nice that it can be cleaned so easily! If this unit stops working I will report back.

All the reviews and articles in magazine by expert highly endured the concept. This particular belt is so easy to wear and use. They say you should only use it two or three times a week though.

Relief! Short-lived relief, but I'll take it. Much more convenient than the whole body infared sauna bag I have and just as effective. If you're starting with red light therapy, this works!

Really good this would work well because it seems well made. Unfortunately as an xxl female, I could not wrap it around my abdomen area or shoulder the way I needed to in order to effectively use it- so I had to return it. I don’t want to purchase a product that I have to turn around and purchase an extension for. Disappointed it wasn’t slightly larger!!
