Extremely potent on this smell pack full of flavor
If you have anyone in your household with a cinnamon allergy, be careful with this is extremely potent even after being opened for a few days I find that itโs such a strong flavor that you can fill a 44 ounce water bottle 2 to 3 times before you lose the flavor of the cinnamon With one teabag good for infusing other teas with the flavor of cinnamon or your water

Taste and aroma are fantastic!
Tastes like cinnamon stick tea should taste. It tastes like an actual cinnamon stick. I use to drink Bigelow Cinnamon tea and my stomach would get sick but I loved it and drank it anyway. I read an article that said drink Ceylon Cinnamon tea if you get stomach irritation from other cinnamon. I can drink several cups at a time with no stomach issues. It smells wonderful!

Delicious! Perfect for a keto diet
This is Ceylon cinnamon, not cassia cinnamon. This tea is delicious! It was suggested to me by a doctor who specializes in keto diets because cinnamon balances out blood sugar and reduces sugar spikes. I have done some research and was reassured that this is good for a keto diet and does blunt sugar spikes.
