A: Yes, they should be good to use for 15 mins at that temperature

A: Yes. I couldn’t tell you how many times though

**Q: Please confirm the *diagonal* diameter (cm)?  i know the square diameter is 12 - 13cm.  diagonal diameter should be approx 16 - 17cm.  please confirm.**
A: Sorry I haven't still got any to measure Used them all and they were brilliant

**Q: can they be used with hot liquids, e.g soups, stews ?**
A: Yes. I used mine for tagine and risotto
