Honestly, this device is so much fun to look into your ear and get all the nasty stuff out! I feel like a cave explorer looking for little nuggets to collect. My ears never felt so clean! Pros: - Connects easily to your devices - Comes with many tips you can use if you have sensitive ears or want to share with a family member - Has a nice sturdy base that stores all of the tips and the device - Comes with extras like the honeycomb earpiece ( Don't use much since the main device cleans my ears pretty well) - I like that it turns off/on as soon as you take the cap off - Has a recording feature if you want to share your findings with your friends Cons - The camera quality could be better, but it gets the job done Possible Improvements? If they can make it so that you can charge the unit using the base, that would be great. Although I haven't had to charge it since I got it, so battery life is pretty good. Overall If you ever wanted to know if using Q-tips was pushing all of your earwax in the back of your ear, then get this product. It will not disappoint!

It’s easy to connect to your phone, I wasn’t able to use the actual device for the removal of my ear wax but it definitely helped when it came to me seeing what was going on with my ear in the first place. One of the silicone coated tips came with the metal underneath exposed, but I honestly don’t care too much about that since my intent was to figure out what was going on with my ear. The camera quality is okayyyy but it’s not the best. It’s battery life seems to be decent. I found the functionality of it a little difficult to use because of the hard plastic ends but I really liked the added pieces to help you see into your ears. Overall the durability seems decent, the product seems decent, and for the amount I paid for it I’d say it’s got decent quality for the value.

This is 1 of 2 BeBird wax removal tool sets I have; but I had a 3rd previous of another brand. By far, I have loved using my BeBirds. This set is for home use. My latest one is their travel set. It is a perfect tool in order to see within the ear so I don't go too far and I am able to see better with the light any debris. The app, tool and attachments are easy to use.

First time used- worked great, connected no problems. 2nd time- connection kept failing would connect then freeze or disconnect. 3rd time camera won’t turn on. Connects and disconnects, camera stays black- no light. I would not waste your money. Buy one that doesn’t rely on wifi connection to your phone. Too bad I’m past the return window!

I had an older model of this previously. I'm glad the ear tips broke so I could buy this one. I'm happy about the little donut case that holds all the ear tips neatly! It's sleek looking and comfortable to use. It's effective to check out what's going on in your ear and to pull out any extra ear wax. Battery life is pretty good! I have managed to hurt myself with them a little bit. Definitely be careful with a tool like this in general.

This mostly does what it says but it is frequently very jittery. I think my problem is you start to look like crazy obsession takes over.

I bought the earwax remover Evan though there were some bad reviews about the camera and wifi. Yes you do need to reconnect to wifi but that’s because it wasn’t being used and really it’s so simple to reconnect and the camera is fantastic, my mum has grommets and I even saw them. Definitely worth every cent.

It works great! But when you try to record videos on it, for some reason, it does not save. I've had three of these (cause I've lost the other two) and it doesn't record for some reason. It says it is, but when you check the video, it just screwed... like an old VHS tape that doesn't work.
