Having tried other brands, this 21st Century brand has no biased flavor to me. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I believe it helps *by K***K on June 10, 2024* I started to add melatonin to my sleep aid routine several years ago -- namely adding it to diphenhydramine -- or the generic "PM" part of advil pm. This seems to help with sleep in conjunction with that. My issue is not falling asleep but staying asleep. I tend to sleep in 3/4 hour increments and wake up in the middle of the night wide awake and ready to go. I usually read articles on my phone for an hour or so with the brightness turned way down and the blue light filter off. then I take a diph and either one of these pills or a half tab and then I tend to fall asleep shortly I will note that some online articles indicate very little melatonin is required to trigger whatever it does inside the body -- so you may think about breaking this in half. This has minimal taste, if any really, and does dissolve quickly in mouth if not swallowed immediately. As for its effectiveness, I believe it helps, however, it is honestly hard to know for sure. This product versus other melatonin supplements versus melatonin in general.
