Replacement Voice Remote Control for Fire Stick/Amazon Toshiba Insignia Fire Smart TVs(1st/2nd/3rd Gen)

This is actually a fantastic replacement Fire Stick voice remote. It pairs easily, works perfectly, and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Inside the house? Zero issues. Outside by the pool and hot tub all day? Different story. Let’s just say electronics and “relaxing poolside lifestyle” don’t mix. I keep buying this remote again and again and again — not because it fails — but because I apparently think it can survive splash zone duty. Totally my fault. The remote works great. I just don’t. At this point, the seller should probably send me a loyalty punch card or a complimentary backup remote since I’m clearly a frequent buyer.

Easy to connect and works great

I love this remote. I have been wanting two remotes for the longest time, and now my husband and I do not have to fight over one anymore. I really wish I had bought this sooner. The only thing I would mention is to make sure you pull up the right YouTube video for setup, because there are several videos out there. I found a YouTube Short that was excellent and right on point. My only other concern is that this remote did not feel as heavy as the one I usually use, but overall it works well. I also bought a sleeve for it, and I love it.

Finally — a replacement remote that actually works. After going through five different remotes (three of them straight from Amazon), this is the first one that worked without any issues. My daughter’s Fire Stick remote died, so I started with a cheap replacement. That one paired, but it disconnected every single time the TV turned off. Returned it. Then I tried the $20 Amazon-branded remote — three separate units — and every one of them had the same problem: brand‑new batteries, no lights, no response at all. Returned those too. Then I found this one. This remote works perfectly. It paired instantly, functions exactly like the original, and didn’t cost a fortune. After weeks of frustration, this was such a relief. Thank you!

Works with my fire stick. It is a good value for the money and ease of use. It is durable.

It has a nice feel in the hand and it has separate battery compartments. That is a nice feature because the batteries won't rust out by constantly touching each other. This remote also says it is an Alexa Pro remote when paired to my Fire stick. All my other remotes just says generic Fire Stick remote. It also has a feature where I can ask my Alexa where is my remote and the remote will start beeping! Which none of my other remotes can do that.

The button for navigating are hard. Not very responsive to press. There is lag. Overall the quality is decent and has a decent feel.
