Applied Nutrition Beef-XP Clear Beef Protein Isolate -Blackcurrant Millions

Suffering from IBS, so it's been difficult to find protein powder that doesn't upset my stomach. This one seems great. Good flavour, refreshing but I'm finding it a bit too sweet to my liking, so adding a bit more water. The blackcurrant one has a very peasant taste, but looking forward to trying more flavours in the future.

This beef protein mixes well and is a helpful boost to my protein intake on days im not training and dont manage to hit my protein goals. Also got it for a very good price, which is always nice.

Alright product, though going to get a different flavour next time. The Blackcurrant Millions version has a weird flavour to it (nothing like most blackcurrant products I've enjoyed in the past). Will probably go back for the Mango and Orange flavour. Texture is good as it dissolves easily in water and has no clumps once properly shaken. Tend to go with a scoop and a half for a 40g protein hit when I need it. Good amount for a such a low calorie count.

After developing a lactose intolerance arising from an auto immune disease a few years ago, taking protein powders was always hit and miss due to their ingredients.I used to buy Nativ Whey low lactose 95% whey isolate from Bacarel Express in 20kg bulk bags and mix it with Aldi's lactose free milk, but the powder product is no longer available. But now I have this. Was dubious at first, but after mixing a 30g scoop with 300ml of bottled water, it mixed brilliantly. No lumps or clumps. Dissolved pretty much instantly and tastes damn wobderful Tastes just like a juicey flavoured isotonic drink. I've had 4 of these so far and have has zero ill effects (see beginning paragraph).30g scoop delivering 28g of protein mixed with 300ml of bottled water means it absorbs into your systems very quickly whilst also keeping your hydration up.This will be my new go to protein source.

Max protein, minimum calories, a must for the clean bulk

I’ve tried many whey isolates over the years mainly because makers prices fluctuate so much. Tried the blackcurrant millions flavour not impressed it’s a very weak taste 30g in 800ml mixer tastes like when you make squash with too little amount. Also has an odd smell and aftertaste not bad but just unlike its flavour. It does mix well and is cost effective per portion per pound depending what price you get it. Won’t be having this particular one again but will try another flavour.

Probably one of the best clear protein drinks on the marketgood value, no side effects, relatively easy to mix with an active blend or similar product, very light texture.Only feedback would be most flavours I have tried (Strawberry, blackcurrant, lemon lime, blue raspberry) are all a little sweet for my palette.At 27g protein and 111 calories per shake its one of the most calorie efficient ways to top up your daily protein.
