Literally a brilliant replacement for my old filament bulb torch. After may years of use ina magnifier, the bulb expired, finding a replacement as not easy but found these. Only issue was i had to modify the magnfyer to accept a slightly larger bulb. (Drilled out the area where bulb illuminate work to 8mm.) also had to reverse the batteries as these are -ve earth. Once that was sorted all worked well, and a nice bright white light. Restored an old favourite back to life.
