A lot. One thing I hate, though, is parchment paper. Wrestling with it, cutting it to size, trying to get it NOT to curl on the sheet. Ugh. Anyway, one day I had just had enough. I hopped on Amazon and bought these and am so glad I did! These work beautifully for most baked goods. I usually use them for cookies and biscuits, which easily come right up. They wash easily and store easily. I roll them up and keep them in a drawer. They lay flat and do not curl! I’m thrilled with them!
