Chrome Slotted Sprung Plug Basin Waste

Does what it says on the tin! Perfect fit, great for plug, washing veg/straining stuff and great for catching those little bits of food when you rinse your plates.

Good product. Does not discolour and traps food well. Plug is great too and does not leak out water like some others I have bought.

It looks good and fits well in the sink. The washer didn't leak when the sink was filled but wouldn't stay up when opened until I turned the washer over, then it worked well enough. Does sometimes get pulled closed with the water flow.

Did a perfectly good job until it broke yesterday, after 5 months of weekends-only use and 2 months of every day use, so effectively this product lasted only about 4 months. The spring loaded ball in the stem that enables the plug to sit in the plug hole and let water etc drain (i.e. without sealing the plug hole) fell out and disappeared down the drain.

There isn't much you can say about a plug. Its designed to stop the liquid draining from your sink. It does that, in fact it does it better than the OEM plug it replaced. Can be fitted by any novice plumber. Only minor complaint is that the plug and strainer both arrived in separate zip lock bags, and those bags were then inside a third zip lock bag. Thats 2 bags too many.

My 1 and a half bowl kitchen sink has two plug/strainers similar to this one but the water in the main bowl took ages to empty. I initially bought one of these plugs to see if it worked better. It was! It is brilliant as it works great as a plug and allows water from the bowl to drain away quickly whilst catching the scraps at the same time. I was so pleased with this that I ordered a second one for the half sink. Both plugs arrived well wrapped in a box (so won’t go through the letterbox) and very promptly. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend both the plug and the seller. A great buy.

Initially looked like a great product - fitted well and worked well. However, over time, whilst the cage and post stay good looking the ball bearing has rusted and seizes. This means that becomes impossible to remove when pressed down without use of pliers or similar. So near.......and yet so far!!!

Fits like a glove. Better than the original that came with the sink.

Tengo un fregadero de marca Rodi cuyo diámetro del desagüe es de 83,5-84mm; este tapón vino a la perfección; encaja perfectamente; girándolo un cuarto de rosca hace que haga estanqueidad o bien que deje pasar el agua; filtrando restos de alimentos; además viene acompañado de otra tapa de filtro, que en realidad no hace falta ya que el primero ya hace esa función Respecto al envío, llegó correctamente en el tiempo estimado y perfectamente embalado

Correspond parfaitement à mes attentes. Bien prendre le diamètre et aussi la longueur de la tige du dessous. La hauteur de la bille est un peu moins importante je pense. En tout cas chez moi ça fonctionne très bien. Je recommande ce produit

Las fotografías de presentación del producto pueden ser engañosas. Pareciera que son dos tapones-filtros y una tapa colador, y sólo son uno y una. Eso sí, el tapón-filtro encaja perfectamente sustituyendo al original (Franke), y tapona perfectamente el agua en el fregadero. Aparenta que no fuera tan rígido como el original, pero lo sustituye perfectamente a buen precio. Lo volvería a comprar.
