Product works fine. Just do not twist too tight it will lose connection squeezing on the battery.

The volume level is terrible. You can only hear it with headphones in a quiet room. It's inaudible outdoors or in a noisy place. It's a waste of money.

It's a POS which doesn't pick up audio when you hold it right in front of your mouth. I plugged the mic into an audio recorder and got nothing but static.
