A fantastic all-round yet quirky foldable smartphone
I have always preferred Motorola phones over other brands because of their simplicity, almost native Google experience (mostly only having one Google app for everything you do on it rather than multiple choices from the manufacturer or Google). The design is great, the features are fantastic; the camera is easy to use and produces great results and being a Motorola other special gestures such as chop for torch or twist for camera are quick to use. It's great being able to use Google maps, media players and messages or WhatsApp on the small front screen while the phone is closed, and it's an affordable price. It seems to be holding up well with the pre-fitted screen protector too. I've bought several custom cases for it to change its look and it's a great alarm clock on a third party charging stand too.

Love this flippy phone
Phone was like new as advertised and so far has been a great phone to use at a really affordable price. It's a very satisfying phone to fiddle with and I am definitely now an advocate for folding phones.

Really nice phone
This is a really nice phone considering the price. My phone didn't come with a charger in the box unlike others who said there's did.. Mine did come with a rather swanky case though. The phone feels really premium and I love the faux suede feeling of the backplate. Battery life for Thai device has been good and gets me through a day from around 5AM till 10PM YMMV. The screen on the outer display is brilliant and does most of the things I need it to do. The inner screen is where I'm concerned. The display feels very fragile and could break if too much pressure is applied or dirt gets under it. I'm considering moto insurance for peace of mind.

I feel the need to review this phone as there are not many reviews, I normally buy Samsung and my last phone was the Samsung fold 5 however rather than spend 1400 pounds this time I decided to give the razr a try as I used to have the old one when I was a kid, This phone does everything that my old Samsung did with ease I cannot notice any difference in speed whatsoever, the screen looks amazing both the outer screen and the inner screen, The outer screen is amazing for Spotify at the gym to quickly change tracks or to check notifications, I love the shake phone to turn on the torch function I use this all the time, I noticed a lady on her review here said the inner screen did not feel strong, not to take away from what she said but the inner screen is the exact same quality as the Samsung fold the reason she may think that it feels weak is because these folding phones do not use gorilla glass they use a type of plastic that has an inbuilt screen protector, this makes a soft feel on your fingertips but rest assured these screens definitely stand the test of time and are very durable, I ride a motorbike and have had this on the motorway on my handle bar holder doing 70mph in the pouring rain and it has not skipped a beat The volume goes very loud and is also very clear and when you connect Bluetooth headphones they have a built in Dolby Atmos function and it has made my headphones sound even better and louder than my Samsung did I thought at this price point the camera would be bad but no yet again I was surprised the quality is amazing, These is so much useful functions on this phone I could talk about it all day you need to take a chance on this one I'm honestly converted I can't say a single bad thing about this phone Also this phone is slightly bigger and wider than the new Samsung flip 6 go compare the 2 of these phones on GSM arena and you will see how close they are on specs this phone even beats the Samsung in areas I hope Motorola keep putting out quality like this and hopefully they make a competitor to the galaxy fold

Empty box waited all day - this review mainly focuses on the phone to comply with review guidelines
the screen is good, the crease is there but not too noticeable when in use. the sound is good, the flip function is decent but not one hand flip to answer. Its very similar to the generation before but thats not bad. The flip mechanism on first impression, seems a little bit more firm than the previous generation. The software is decent but the messages for the moto, and various assistants and hints tips etc get to the point of being way too much. I had to go to permissions and disable notifications for many apps. also it seems to want multiple assistants running at the same time. the motorola cases, made buy Motorola for the phone dont seem to fit well, the middle where the phone unfolds gets scrunched up and pushes volume buttons so it often turns the volume down without realising. Also when u pick the phone up or go to grab it from ur pocket it seems to think ur making gestures with the phone to reject the call which is very annoying. The outside screen is a good size but has too many customisation options for useless things but then not enough to limit it down to just what you want so it isnt flipping between unwanted apps. again tips and hints popping up days after setup, why not shake ur phone, why not turn it over, why not tap it like this or that etc etc when ur just trying to do other things. Reception and calls so far seem a bit worse, with the same area and network it seems to give more unclear voice calls than its predecessor. Value wise it was decent value when i got it cheaper elsewhere, and with an actual phone in the box. The built in screen protector that cant be removed without damage is easily noticeable
