As a person who suffered for years with UC and then last year went through Colon surgery, after discovering the Biffy bag I don’t have worry about going on long road trips and having to worry about finding the public restroom or bringing along my collapsible toilet in the car every time. Now I can pullover and take out and use the Biffy bag and use it faster than I can get out my collapsible toilet and set it up to use it, so there is no more accidents on road trips. Also I can finally go on hikes in the woods at our nearby hiking trails with my husband and grandkids , which I could never do before, because the Biffy bag is small and light enough to keep one in my backpack and take out and use if I need it. It is worth the money, because it doesn’t leak, it has toilet paper, a wet wipe, and poo powder to take care of the smell. My only recommendation is to bring along a small black colored ( if possible) hefty kitchen garbage bag if you don’t want anyone to know you’re carrying your used Biffy bag until you get off the hiking trails and you can throw it in the trash, or if you’re on a road trip and can find the nearest trash can or dumpster. Because it is sliver in color , so it is kind of obvious that a used Biffy bag is holding something that isn’t regular trash. Other than that the Original Biffy bag is great.

I camp full time. Most of the time in campgrounds with restrooms. These bags are my go-to for emergency situations!

My friend and I took these kayak camping in an area where you have to pack out your poop. The design is awesome in that the large plastic material that you tie around your waist funnels down into a mylar (or similar material) storage bag with the powder. It's integrated and connected. Very unlikely you will make a mess. BUT - it's designed for men, unless you want to risk wiping back to front, which we woman should definitely not do. Basically, you tie this large "bib" around your waist with the tie in the front. The rest of the plastic and bag are then hanging off your back. You reach under/between your legs to pull it up in front, essentially creating a huge plastic area to poop into. That setup does not at all allow women to wipe from front to back. But it IS easy to improvise! You could make sure all the poop gets funneled down into the bag and then drop the front part to wipe. Or, what we did because a half squat is so uncomfortable, was to spread the whole thing out flat on the ground, squat over it and do our thang. The product comes with individual amounts of toilet paper (was a very good amount) and a hand/butt wet wipe. You basically put your TP and wet wipe and all the plastic bib and poop into the metallic bag and seal it shut. We didn't smell any odor coming from it the rest of the day. All in all, it does the job well and it's easy to make it work for your anatomy. We would use this again for sure.

The utilitarian application is unmistakably appropriate and competent. After making various versions of my own thing, and after trying some products out, I decided to pack these for camping, and they did not disappoint.Two Things:- test it at home, figure out any nuances for being able to readily and easily use it.- some people may need to make some extenders for the "tie-around". For me it was not quite enough lead for certain anticipated situations.- you may wish to get some addtional coagulant gel (look for pee gel) for more confident packing out from camps (or accumulative stashing for days on a trek).No need to repeat what's in the main or other's description. There are some good youtube videos on these sorts of solutions for campers, hikers, car travellers, emergency needs, etc. I tried several. This really is worth it for my needs.

Had the opportunity to backpack the High Chisos at Big Bend National Park shortly after the 2021 wildfire that destroyed the South Rim pit toilet. Since it's a relatively popular wilderness area, and since digging a hole would require a drill and blasting, packing out waste is required when you can't get to the nearest pit toilet, which may be miles away.No deep squatting required, which is handy after hiking up a 2500 climb in a few hours. No chance of accidentally pooping on the boots you're stuck wearing for the rest of the trip. Quick and discreet enough that I had no issues with using it just a few yards off the trail with an amazing view. I did bag the used one in a dog poop bag just in case, since I carry a couple rolls of those in wilderness areas for other trash, (helpful hint: carry two colors so you have one for dirty laundry that you don't want stinking up your pack, but don't want to accidentally throw away as trash) but it didn't show any signs of leakage over the remaining two days of the trip before I got back to the trailhead trash cans.

The Biffy Bag beats the Wag Bag for east of use. The bag itself and the disposal sack are connected together. After doing your #2, tie off the bag and drop it in the disposal sack and seal it. The disposal sack is very good at preventing odors (better than the wag bag) from escaping. Really like this because you can almost stand to do #2, versus using a Wag bag where you need to squat more if you have to hold up the bag. The Biffy bag can be used much more discretely versus the Wag bag.

If you camp or hike, it's a very nice product to be able to use "on the go" rather than toting around a cassette-style toilet. Conveniently packs into your bag nicely and doesn't take up too much room. Biodegradeable means you can pretty much place it wherever (bury it or trash it) whenever you find a place convenient to do so. I will admit, though, that it is a little wierd taking a squat with this thing on - best to lean up against a tree (or car?) if you can. I mention car because it works great for those surprise stomach rumbling moments and you are miles away from a rest stop or gas station! Packs nicely in a glovebox!

The family did a 3 day backpack trip in southern Utah and were required to "leave no trace behind". Using these bags was not bad, but carrying them out of the hot canyons they started to stink really bad after a day. Since my wife was carrying them, she was required to hike behind the rest of us.
