Works fine to use instead of liquid bantlla
It’s runny and gooey but it has good strong vanilla flavor. You can use less than what a recipe shows because this is concentrated. They send a conversion chart with the product.

Delicious vanilla
This rich, delicious, vanilla bean paste is great for cooking or baking. This is the best product I've found at this price. It's not as thick as most pastes I've found, instead it's a smooth, almost creamy texture that makes anything smell and taste incredible. Each jar comes with a safety seal for freshness. If you're a chef or baker, you won't be disappointed.

Lovely flavor! It smells wonderful too. I'd never used vanilla paste before, but it's worked very well for everything I've made with it so far (cake, frosting, ice cream). It's less thick than I would have expected for something labeled as a paste, but that has not caused me any issues. I think I'll get it again when I run out.

Excellent Pure Vanilla Bean Extract
This is the second time I have ordered this pure vanilla bean extract and it won't be the last. It is thick and smells so good! I love using it in several of my baked goods especially in pound cakes and layer cakes. This vanilla gives my desserts a decadent taste. I will always order this!

I’ve been using this in baking and coffee and other drinks, and it’s so much better than extract. It’s sweet and concentrated and tastes fantastic. It doesn’t taste like alcohol, like the extracts. I love it

A quality product if you like to bake with good ingredients or you making something where vanilla is the star. It's thick syrup amd filled with the inside seeds of the vanilla bean and a little goes along ways .
