I have really been enjoying the Day One Electro gummies. I have a hard time keeping myself hydrated so I was looking for something to supplement my water intake. I found these while searching Amazon and I am so glad that I did! These taste absolutely delicious. I have tried the watermelon, blue raspberry and fruit punch flavors and all three of them are delicious. They taste like a normal gummy candy that I would choose to eat as a treat for myself. Taste is very important to me because if I don't enjoy the way something tastes I'm not going to eat it so these tasting so amazing are a huge plus. These are also soft, easy to chew and easy to swallow. More importantly these do a fantastic job of supplementing my water intake and keeping me hydrated everyday. I have searched other hydration supplements and none of them are as effective as these. These have five different electrolytes, only one gram of sugar and only sixteen calories per serving. I take three of these every single morning and I can tell a huge difference in how I feel compared to how I felt before I added these to my hydration routine. I feel much more hydrated and I have more energy and strength than I did before. If you're looking for a way to supplement your water intake and stay hydrated then you should definitely give these a try

Actually work and taste great. Tried a lot of electrolyte products in my lifetime and gummies are easily the best format. Blue raspberry is my favorite! Taste is great, and the gummies have great texture.

I have purchased this brand 3 different times. The watermelon sour was amazing so I tried the blue gummies. Twice the product came to me in a defective manner. Both times they were wet, disintegrating, gooey, and completely gross. It really is upsetting as they were tasty and really helped my hydration. Sadly, I will not be buying this product again.

This is my favorite flavor by far. The texture and taste of these gummies has only gotten better and this new formula is my favorite. I definitely feel more hydrated and love starting my day with 3 of these, or having them after a workout.

The taste is okay, but very very salty. I’ve had other electrolyte supplements that don’t taste nearly as salty. They are also very sticky. Not my favorite. Probably won’t purchase again.

Didn’t think I’d like blue raspberry but these are surprisingly good. These gummies are really convenient and I like keeping them in my bag and having a couple during longer days or when I know I haven’t been drinking enough water.

I have health issues and need electrolytes, but I hate fake sugar and also hate Gatorade it is basically straight sugar. These are tasty and have a broad array of electrolytes in small safe doses. They do help my tachycardia a bit. But they are very expensive.
