This has really helped with my lower back stiffness and pain. I use it for heat on my lower back. The velcro tabs help to secure it in place. This is my third purchase. After a year or two the gel beads shrink after regular use and the plastic has popped and broken during heating. But, for the money, I have gotten my money's worth in how often I use it.

Stayed cold for about a half hour before having to return it to the freezer for later use. Im a big girl so it won't fit around me but I can handle that. I just hang on to the strap and put it on my back. Good quality product and good value. Size is excellent for covering a large area of the body. Flexes well and relief is almost immediate.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: The material & gel fill seemed the best choice to help with inflamed muscles. It doesn't stay cool enough for long enough. Buy I like using it

I like that I can be flexible in how I use this. I keep it in my desk fridge to get it cold because I have degenerative disc, and this lets me have a non-pharmaceutical option for relief.

This is the best cold pack I've ever used. It is so flexible that it drapes down to touch every area that needs it. I do think it loses it's cold a little faster than a traditional gel ice pack, but usually you shouldn't keep a cold pack on for hours at a time.

Had a total knee replacement and it wraps perfect around my knee. Freezes quickly and stays cold a longtime!

Nice item, but after a few uses, the edge cracked and the little beads started leaking out. I was able to put some medical tape over the hole to keep them in, but don’t know how long that will last. I only used it as a cold pack, I can’t imagine it would last if you were using it both as a heating and cold pack.

I have used both hot and cold. Works great for both. Its very convenient for all parts of the body with the velcro belt.

I've had this heat pad for 4 years. It has been used almost daily for the last 2 years. It has been great to use on not only my lower back, but neck and shoulders. Over time the orbies start to explode and no longer spread out evenly as there isn't enough left for them to stay put. For the price and how much it has been used I'm happy with it and reordering another one.

conforms easily to body shape, lasts quite a while, definitely reusable. Easy to use. Strong velcro, stays closed and strap does not bunch up.

I bought this in November - I have used it half a dozen times and now the small beads are coming out from one side, as shown in the photo so therefore can't use it as you can't put it in the microwave or freezer! I wanted to return it and hoped you'd replace it for a new one as it did help, ​but it's out of return date!
