It has great sound quality, the bluetooth shows up right away on my phone or laptop. It's super portable and holds charge well! The customer service was really amazing. I thought it had broke, but turns out it wasn't charged so it was making weird noises! Be careful make sure to charge it if it seems to be malfunctioning. It's confusing to tell when it is out of battery at first, because the bluetooth button is what turns red when it is low battery. I reached out to the seller and they were understanding and offered me help or a replacement. We found out that it was the low battery that was making it malfunction. I charged it fully, and it works great again. This amp is really good and it's a great price too! I'd definitely recommend it and the seller. Review: Good
