I'm at the age when it is doubtful whether I can get enough glycine from my diet. The capsules from Bulk Supplements are easy for me to swallow and have no taste or aftertaste. I take the recommended 3 capsules at bedtime. I started using this supplement about a month ago. According to my smart watch I'm sleeping longer and getting better ratios of deep sleep, light sleep and REM sleep. Subjectively I feel more rested, and I'm less likely to want a nap after lunch. I noticed today that my right knee is not complaining when I go up and down steps. Although boron was helping my knee, glycine seems to have helped my body keep the knee in better repair. Glycine is great for body parts made with collagen, especially when you also take proline. This Bulk Supplements Glycine is a quality product at a reasonable price.

The top would not come off by following their directions, so I used a saw and screwdriver to destroy the orange top to get at the product. I hope the product inside is made to a higher standard than the top.
