TWO WAVELENGTHS, ONE DEVICE
I believe in red light and infrared light therapy. I believe in Life Pro. I now have three of their products and they are all high quality and dependable along with the best warranty. That is why I am happy to own the BioRejuvinate red light device. My first impression of this device was that it is sturdy yet compact and well built. I have found that it is well designed and easy to use. I like that it has several modes of operation. Another benefit that this device has over others is the two different wavelengths of light using LED bulbs. Some folks believe that the right side is not working but, as explained in the instruction manual, the wavelength of light from that bulb is actually invisible, beneficial, infrared light. You can use this while relaxing or, as I often do, while puttering. One thing I couldn’t do while using it nasally was eat as the chewing motion made it fall out. This is not a big deal. If on the move and using it in my ears, I simply use stereo headphones over them to hold the probes in place and I place the unit itself in a pocket. I have been using BioRejuvinate for a while now and have noticed less symptoms of rhinitis. It is working for me and I plan to continue to use it as instructed and am looking forward to more positive results. If you are looking for a nasal/ear red light device I am not sure you can do better than the BioRejuvenate. Everything you need to get started is in the box. For what it is and for its intended use, it is a great device.

It helps with sinus problems
The device works well and does seem to help with sinus issues. You do have to switch the ends as one is red light and the other is some form of invisible light but it is unclear from the directions as to how much time you should use it for each diode before switching. It has a 30 minute timer so is it 30 minutes then switch or 15 min and switch and then another 15 min which is what I have been doing. Other then that I do recommend the device it has helped with my sinus issues.

First impression: is this a prototype?
I chose this over the competition because it includes both NIR (810nm) and red (660nm) wavelengths, while most of the competition for this type of device include only visible red wavelengths, and purports to be for use with both ears and nose. I needed one for congestion in ears and nose while I wait for an appointment with an ENT specialist, as have been experiencing repeated temporary hearing loss from congestion and am worried it may become permanent. Studies indicate red and NIR therapy can help alleviate my symptoms and can some studies show that even "permanent" hearing loss can be treated with red light therapy (studies show this light therapy can trigger regenerationregrowth of inner ear cilia) as well as reduce congestion, but both visible and NIR wavelengths are required. Here is my first-day impression of this device: First, the device is packaged well and includes a manual. Secondly, The manual specifies that the silicone covers should be used with both ears and nasal use but the supplied covers are designed for insertion into the nostrils only. I have tried using the covers with my ears but the leds constantly fall out so I used it in my ears without the covers. I am deducting one star for the lack of proper covers for ear treatment. Thirdly, while the device's charge port is USB-C, it will not negotiate a charge on a PD port. As it is 2026 this is inexcusable, and I am deducting a second star due to this defect. Fourth observation: each probe includes only one LED, each covering only one wavelength. This means you have to insert one probe in each ear, red in one and NIR in the other, and then swap them for a second treatment. I will remind you again that this is 2026, and Fibre optics were invented and made practical all the way back in the 1950s. Second option for including both wavelengths in each probe, is that multi-wavelength LED chips are a thing these days, so choosing an LED chip which includes 810nm and 660nm wavelengths is entirely possible. So not including _both_ wavelengths in each probe is inexcusable. Deducting another star. Fifth observation: the cable for the probes tie them too close together so you will need to pull the zip cord apart a fair bit to separate them, and there is no molded block (like you find on many/most earbuds) to prevent the zip cord from separating entirely. Sixth observation: there are nine blue sunburst icons at the bottom of the screen, and the manual does not mention what, if anything, these signify. They never change, and it is always all 9 illuminated while the screen is active, so I suppose this is a pointless stylistic decision and nothing to do with functionality. The same goes for the segmented circle on the display. That all said, I will continue to use this device and will report back with my results as well as my user experience, as studies do indicate that a device like this _should_ be effective. Do better, Lifepro. This could have and shpuld gave been designed and implemented better. Given how half baked it is, I can't help but wonder if this was a prototype that accidentally got approved to go straight to production instead of the final design?

Good Quality, Looking forward to Results
Have been using the ear/nose therapy device for a week twice a day. The included materials suggest 3 weeks before improvements may be noted. I have a congested feeling in my right ear and am hoping this reduces inflammation which in turn should reduce the congestion/ pressure. It will also improve circulation. Looking forward to results. The nodes easily fall out so I just lean back and relax for 30 min or so each session.
