Great for scatterbrains like myself! :) Overall, a great product at a great price! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Child Friendly -- It uses your temperature, emojis, and alarms as indicators *by L***Y on September 4, 2020* Things I like: (1) It's very easy to use; even a child could take their temperature and look to the emojis to see if they had a fever coming-on, or already had a fever; (2) The screen is easy to read; the numbers are large and they show up well; (3) There is a beeping system that alerts you when you're done taking your temperature, but makes a different set of beeps to alarm you that you either have a fever approaching, or you already have a fever; and, (4) It's the best thermometer I've used in a long time and I have to use one every day. Things I thought needed a smidge of improvement and the only reason it didn't get a five star review: (1) The cap at the end of the thermometer that covers where the battery goes, didn't seal quite evenly; and, (2) There was a bit of a manufacturing imperfection on the blue part that goes into your mouth -- this really would be an issue if it didn't look like someone bit it and the fact that I put it into my mouth. It simply grossed me out a smidge and it probably shouldn't have done. I'm being a bit harsh on the manufacturing, but only because it's something I use every day and it goes into my mouth. All that said, after using this thermometer, I've already been suggesting this version and other thermometers from the same company to all my friends, especially the ones with children -- who understand emoji language. You wouldn't go wrong with this product, unless of course, you're looking for an ear thermometer as this one is oral or rectal.
