Works a treat on my menopausal, sensitive skin. No irritation, no spots, gets the job done. Satisfyingly melty and soft and no real fragrance (certainly not the icky smell that some similar products have). Very impressive for the price. Whack it on before you get in the shower, rub all over your face and rinse off. Lovely jubbly.

This cleansing balm is absolutely lovely, I have used a few different ones before but not as nice as this one. It is smooth and silky and when water is added you get a really nice texture to wash you face with, This balm completely cleans off all make up (and I love a mascara) my face feels cleansed and smooth after use. It has a faint pleasant sweet smell to it and is just a nice all round cleansing balm, I think it is worth the money as you only need a little and there is a small spatula that hooks inside the lid... this is now my go too balm

This is great value for money and my skin felt really soft and hydrated after using it. No scent really and the container with the little scoop is cute. It’s a good cleanser but I did have to use it twice to remove all makeup fully

This product really is great. Only a small amount needed, rub into skin and it melts away all make up even waterproof mascara. I use this with reusable face pads and it makes my skin feel lovely. Im a big fan of the Elf products and the cost isnt as expensive as major retailers but works better than most of them.

This is my favorite product to remove my make up, i've been using this for years. Removes make up easily and leaves the skin nice and soft. Has no fragrance wich i love and it goes a long way.

Good product, no stinging eyes which I always had with the elemis cleansing balm I had used for a long time. Packaging looks cheap but do not jusdgr a book by its cover as the product is easy to use, melts makeup and cleanses well, leaves the skin soft and with no tightness. Now a repeat purchase item.

3 - price is ridiculously too expensive for ELF, do they think they’re Chanel?! - soft on face if dry skin - only need small amount - removes facial makeup ⭐️ - eye makeup, removes most of it without stinging eyes. However you do need to work at mascara, it doesn’t just wipe off like they say it does - still use a sensitive, good eye makeup remover to make sure that eye makeup is removed if you want wrinkle and dark under eye free skin!

Works really well to melt away makeup. Perfect for a 1st cleanse. Leaves skin feeling soft and hydrated.

I bought this to remove my makeup on the rare occassions that I wear it. What I wasn't expecting was to love it so much that it has pretty much replaced my usual night time face wash, even on makeup free days. First of all, it does exactly what I bought it for - removing makeup easily without my face feeling like a grease-bomb hit it. I love that I can either wipe it off with a face cloth, or I can wash it off. Either way, my face feels so soft afterwards. Second, my skin is mature and on the sensitive side, and after a few weeks of using this, I have yet to experence any skin irritations or break-outs. Third, it just smells so good! This is turning out to be a permanent addition to my skin care.

Alors que je déteste les baumes démaquillants, j'ai trouvé mon bonheur avec ce produit ! La texture est incroyablement agréable : vous n'avez pas l'impression de manipuler une huile solidifiée. A titre personnel, je déteste la sensation des huiles démaquillantes sur ma peau. Un peu comme le son d'une craie sur un tableau, je les ai toujours trouvé désagréables à manipuler. Avec ce baume : aucun problème. La texture est soyeuse, lactescente. L'odeur est douce et enveloppante et je n'ai pas la sensation de me torturer sur le plan sensoriel. Le pouvoir démaquillant est vraiment bon : une petite quantité de produit suffit. Le baume est très facile à émulsionner et à éliminer. Aucun fini gras ou poisseux, même en l'absence de double nettoyage (que je vous recommande quand même). Évidemment, il faudra un peu plus insister sur les textures waterproof. Un énorme coup de cœur !
