Amazon listed the product dimensions, and unfortunately they are not accurate. The correct dimensions are: 6.5 x 2.85 x 1 (in). Your heal sits at the thickest part of the insole, which is exactly 1 inch. It’s likely Amazon didn’t measure it at the thickest part where the heel sits.
