Nice set. Didn’t know SK sold out to China. I hope they last as long as the tools I bought 50 years ago.

Some of the nicest well made pliers set I’ve had, my Dad used SK Tools and remember him always saying how nice he liked SK tools so I started using them as well.

Well, that's not quite true. I've used the needle nose a few times, and they work well. But the groove joint pliers are so loose, I don't trust 'em, so I rely on my old Crescent (which is not exactly a stellar brand). Aside from the groove-joint, they seem well-made but are very heavy, and I favor my no-name linesman pliers over theirs. I never use the snippers, because I have Knipex snippers that cut flush. What's the point of snippers that leave nails or screws sticking out? I don't think these are terrible tools, but if you shop around I think you can do better. I wish I'd shopped a little more and not settled for the reviews. These clunky tools; they're sturdy but they don't say "pick me", if you know what I mean.

It’s nice to see SK still makes solid tools. Great alternative to Snap-on and Matco if you don’t want to empty your bank.
