If this was my first purchase of LED lighting, I would be dead in the water, IT was my first COB lighting . For the price you can't beat the full spectrum. I used it to replace two year old glaxyh/reolanders 300watts excuse spelling. It shines brighter than my 600 watt valspectre reflection . Product itself I would say a 2.5. Only because the plug is an Austrian plug and DOESN'T fit to ANY USA sockets. I had to purchase a separate converter from Walmart for an additional 10$usa.
