The mask is nice and light and works great BUT then we had our first issue. One side of the pad started seperating so I thought I'll glue it back together since she had a game and then I'll order a set of replacement pads. Contacted Boombah's customer service and was informed they don't sell replacement pads (even though these velcro in and out). Secondly I was told I could try to warranty the mask, but then was told it was void b/c I glued the pads back together (temp. fix for a game).
