i like these , i hobble on one leg it help cusion and keep my feet dry i got thhe foam one and pushed my feet up to much and made my feet feel l ike hot pockets

Paper thin - more like flat socks than insoles
There is no cushion aspect to these whatsoever. I purchased men's size 11 and they are so narrow at the arch and heel that you'd swear they were made for women's shoes. If you can imagine ironing a sock perfectly flat, that's about all these are. I'm either going to have to double them up, or return and get something that's an actual insole.

Throw Your Money Out The Window…
Bought these barefoot sole inserts and after one washing the fell apart. I would have get better if I threw my money out of a moving car, at least then, the finder could have benefited from what I did. This purchase was a waste of money
