Bought these for a Lego Ninjago party! Huge success, kids throwing them at full speed but no one ever gets hurt due to the material!

Fun toy I wish I had as a kid growing up
What's not to love? Foam throwing stars! Growing up, ninjas were all the rage and I would have loved to have had this. Good quantity of shurikens (24), brightly colored, they go pretty far when thrown, light weight, seem quite safe to get hit with. No complaints other than they can be a lot of work picking them back up after using them!

They Don’t Fly When Thrown
Unfortunately, these ninja throwing stars did not meet our expectations. They don’t fly when thrown, which makes them useless for their purpose. My child was really disappointed, so we decided to return them.

Foam throwing stars
No surprises in this box, these are foam throwing stars. Unfortunately.... they don't fly all that well. Playing cards throw a lot better. On the other hand, my dog loves these, and can catch more than three. Around 4 or 5, he starts dropping them. They hold up really well. I like them.

Fun play toys for the boys
My son has friends that playing as ninjas so these stars were perfect. Kids can throw these and they will not hurt. Ofcourse kids must play responsibly still with these as you can get someone's eye or knock things off the wall. However the kids really have a blast playing with these ninja stars.
