Third class product. Not even working properly with iphone. Sound quality is so so poor. It’s mentioned that the product is original but it isn’t. I bought this product after checking the reviews so please don’t even go with the positive reviews as Amazon doesn’t accept the return request for this product

Mic quality is perfect for calls. Definitely not cheap/noisy like normal headphones. Sound quality is good enough (I'm not a full-time music lover) I don't think this will be suitable for noise-surrounded areas, unlike AirPods with ANC. I bought this with my iPhone 12 (Lightning) But I'm not able to use it directly with the Mac mini, so I bought a "Light-ning to C Earphone Converter" now. It works fine on both devices.

This item is amazing as you would expect from sellers like apple. I do enjoy using these a lot they are very clear and nice sound quality There is only one problem that shouldn’t be a dealbreaker for me. It didnt work with the usb-c converter i tried to use, kind of expected though. Does tangle a lot. Give is bigger than expected (better) Connectivity is amazing, wires are very strong and durable, defo a value for how much you pay.
