Slightly fiddly to get working but once you get the hang of it, it works really well. There's a clear guide in the photos to identify the correct size for your zip which I highly recommend you use as this turned out to be accurate in my case. I didnt try a cheaper version as they all had bad reviews, this one didn't and was the right choice.

This is a very hefty zipper and the concept is very easy to understand. I found it a bit tricky trying to engage both sides of the zip which had a block end. After several attempts I was successful and the zip closed. Unfortunately, as I opened the zip, the teeth failed to die gage and the zip broke. The zipper itself was not at fault, but the integrity of the zip failed. Need a new tent!

Bought to try to save my plastic zippered work trousers when the cheap plastic slider broke. Works brilliantly, good instructions plus excellent 'how to' video on YouTube. Easy to fit, fully tightened job done. Full metal build and comes with everything needed. I did measure the zip width prior to purchase to ensure I had the correct size. Bit expensive but when these trousers wear out I'll remove it for future use.

It does not work. Tried it on a jacket. It worked for the first few times and then useless. Do not buy. The pull handle partly broke off after a couple of weeks.

Fixed my zip on my green house after the wind broke the original zip.

I liked the idea of this product but it wasn't really robust enough for my golf bag. I ended up buying a replacement zip and stitching that onto the existing (broken) zip. Not for me.

My wife’s brand new suitcase had the zipper slide ripped off on a front compartment during a recent trip. After doing research, there were several options: leave it broken, try to get it fixed somewhere, fight trying to get a conventional slide on or find an alternative. I happened upon this slide. Watched the installation video which explained things thoroughly. Made sense to me so I ordered one. Went right on and cured the problem. The suitcase is saved and usable again. Matches up nicely with the remaining slides. Measurement was spot on and the slide moves easily.
