This pen functions as a basic replacement for the Remarkable 2, and the eraser feature works as expected, but there are a couple of drawbacks that keep it at three stars for me. It’s significantly slimmer and lighter than the OEM pen, which makes it feel less substantial and not nearly as comfortable for longer writing sessions.Another downside is that it doesn’t come with any replacement nibs. Once the included nib wears out, the pen is essentially done. For the price, I expected at least a couple of spares.There are other aftermarket EMR pens in the same price range that feel closer to the original and include extra nibs, so I’d choose one of those before buying this again.

I have had my Remarkable 2 Tablet for several years. To this point, I have been replacing the nibs but have refrained from replacing the entire pen due to the price.This pen is good replacement. It performs exactly as the OEM without any issues.Note: This pen is much lighter and smaller in width and length than the OEM pen. It does not fit in the pen slot of my tablet but it is also much cheaper so there are always trade-offs.
