Okay, I use this device for WAH so sound is amazing. Only down side is every other caller is struggling to hear me and I don’t know how to fix this issue. Quality sound so I will still be using this speaker great value.

This is a very nice little item to use for conference calls with a laptop. Small laptop I have doesn't have speakers and this worked great for conference calls on the road. Connected without any special drivers on Win11 immediately. it is about 1" square and 7" long so fits nicely in a laptop case compared to other USB speakers and then gives you extra USB Ports to boot. This is not a Thunderbolt type of device as it plugs into a regular USB Port and not USB-C so don't expect video or LAN ports.Works great for what it is. simple and efficient.

Thought this would be great to use in my office office for Teams meetings instead of a headset but it did not work as described. It works as a speaker (not high quality sound but good enough for a meeting) but the microphone did not work—others in the meeting could not hear me. Too late to return it otherwise I would.

The microphone work well, though it takes quite a bit of time for it to connect with your computer. Also, it cuts off the original sound from your computer. Sound quality is fine.

I don’t leave reviews honestly unless I’m very upset or very happy but this deserved 5 stars as I work from home but struggled finding a USB-A compatible device to take my calls. I was looking to replace my work issued headset because I hate to have anything squeezing me and every set of earbuds I bought only had usb c connectors which then you have to buy an adapter for and the adapter would cause could issues. Regardless this speakerphone is perfect, customers can hear me clearly and I can hear them. No driver to install just plug and go. Thank you God, finally!!!

My built-in speakers went on my Linux laptop, didn't want to replace my laptop cuz everything else works just fine, so I did some searching and research and thought I'd give this one a try. Wasn't expecting too much considering the price which also included a microphone and 3 USB ports, but was pleasantly surprised with the sound quality and clarity of the speakers, and the extra USB ports came in handy. Maybe not high end speakers but still decent and very functional, certainly can't go wrong at this price point.

No clue how to use it as it came with no instructions! Couldn’t even book it up to my monitor it had no aux cord had to order one and still can’t seem to figure it out…Should have returned because after buying the cord I needed to hook it up it came up to the amount of the edifer speaker with microphone….
