Simple, effective
This does exactly what it claims to do. It was very easy to add to Home Assistant. It's incredibly handy if you want basic remote control of little USB-powered lights or similar. So far it has been completely reliable, controlling one of those funny galaxy projector lamps- not the hardest load to drive, but still probably not an unusual use case. If you need a thing to do what this does, this is a thing that does it. It's small, not too pricey and so far has been reliable. The best compliment I can give it is that you forget it's there- which is ideal.

Good
Functions exactly as expected. Connects seemlessly into Home Assistant via Zigbee (and acts as a Router based on the mains power). As far as switches go, it is very small (but slightly larger than I was expecting). Good value for money.

SONOFF ZigBee 3.0 Micro USB Adaptor
I'll keep this simple. Appsually Fantastic and brilliant. You need a gateway which is mentioned in the instructions. So fare play to the manufacturers for being upfront with saying you need additional items for this to work. Unlike some on here who failed to mention this to you at the time of purchasing. It's frustrating that you buy an item then learn you need additional devices. I definitely recommend this item. Works flawless.

Used for some led lights
Seem to work fine so far and I'm using home assistant. Paired quickly no problems so far. I use them to turn some usb lights on.

Works out of the box
Nice small smart switch. Integrated with Home Assistant easily and had an automation set up quickly. I did not get to follow the Sonoff process so can't comment on how the switch works outside of my HA environment.

Problematic device.
No, this product, for the most part did not work as expected. I purchased for Zigbee USB's and returned all of them as they were all defective. Buyers beware, also be aware that Amazon will hold your money for 30 days, be warned ⚠️

Positioning Matters
I installed this device just to boost my Zigbee signal to a radiator valve (ZBTRV). Before installation I had a signal strength of -70dB. After installing the Micro mid way between the valve and the Sonoff Zigbee Bridge Pro, the signal strength remained the same. I was getting quite frustrated until I deliberately increased the distance of the Bridge away from the valve. I then placed the Micro adapter where the Bridge had previously been and amazingly the signal increased to -27dB. Moving the Bridge further away clearly made the valve connect to the Micro. The Micro was always in Boost mode. The Micro signal is clearly stronger than the Bridge, which is quite surprising.

PROS: Reliable Fairly Compact Versatile CONS: Requires separate power Form factor might work better as a dongle as opposed to a brick Great device overall. Does what I need it to do. Just to be clear about what this is: This is a Zigbee-controlled device that simply switches a USB connection on or off. This means it can be used in between a USB power brick and a USB device to turn something on or off or some people use it to connect or disconnect a USB data connection since it also works for that. These are very specific use cases but as long as you know what you're buying, it works great. This biggest thing to note is that IT DOES NOT PROVIDE POWER. If your USB source is not providing power, this will be useless. This means it needs to be connected to a powered device such as a USB power brick, computer, car, charger, or anything that is providing USB power. The only bad thing I can say about it is that its form-factor might be an issue in some cases considering it's cube-shaped. If it were shaped like a dongle it might allow it be used in tighter spaces.

So I picked up the SONOFF Zigbee Smart USB Outlet because I needed a way to control my unnecessary pile of smart gadgets like a true 21st-century wizard. And let me tell you: it works fine. Like... suspiciously fine. You plug it in, pair it with your Zigbee hub (after that brief panic where you pretend to remember your password), and boom — instant power control. No drama. No sparks. No smoke. Frankly, I didn’t know smart home devices could just... work. This thing controls power to whatever USB device you plug into it. Need to schedule your USB fan to turn off at 3am when you remember you live in a tundra? Done. Want to cycle power to a Wi-Fi-enabled lava lamp because your aesthetic is “chaotic cozy tech bro”? You’re covered. Highlights: Connects instantly, which was unnerving. I miss the emotional rollercoaster of failed pairing attempts. Integrates with all your favorite smart assistants, because yelling “TURN OFF THE MINI USB THINGY” at Alexa is the future we deserve. Tiny enough to be lost forever if dropped behind your desk. Looks like it came from a sci-fi movie where the plot revolves around controlling a toaster via blockchain. Pros: Does exactly what it says with no attitude. Unusual. Concerning. Turns dumb USB devices into smart ones, which makes you feel like a tech god with too much time. Has a timer function, so you can finally power-cycle your USB-powered incense diffuser like it’s a critical server. Cons: Doesn't come with a tiny cape, despite having the power to control electricity with your phone. May lead to existential crises when you realize you're scheduling power to a USB LED cat lamp. Still doesn’t help you figure out what most of your USB-powered devices even do anymore. Final Verdict: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – 5 stars. It works fine. Almost too fine. I’m keeping my eye on it... but also using it for everything.

Good device for home assistant!

The idea is nice, but it fails to integrate in home assistant via Sonoff Zigbee 3.0 USB Dongle Plus V2. This ZBMicro keeps dropping off the network overy 20 seconds, turned on → unavailable → turned on → unavailable. Despite a nice 5V 2A power adapter and no load.
