This is the best books on business I have ever read. It is an inspirational story of how a dedicated engineer built the finest machine tool company on earth by developing high performance machinery that could sold at a high gross margin. The prose is not the best as the book was translated from the original Japanese, but the logic and execution of his business strategy is brilliant. I've been looking for a copy for years - I wish they would re-print this book!
